Additionally, Jeff has overseen budgeting, cash management (budgeting and forecasting), internal controls and financial reporting.  Her specific areas of expertise (include cash and working capital management; accounts receivable and accounts payable oversight and direct management; internal controls assessment, development and implementation; cost accounting and fixed assets management; product warranty administration; shared services; and finance ERP design and implementation (SAP and Movex).  With such solid finance operational and management experience, backed by sound strategic and operational planning skills, Jeff is poised to skillfully invest her wealth of knowledge into helping A+ Academic Resources grow financially to better meet children’s educational needs.

Jeff is a phenomenal mentor and a role model who takes great pleasure in seeing children succeed.   As the Valedictorian of her graduating class, she believes education is one of the most accessible and effective equalizers in life’s playing field and that children must be placed in position to take advantage of educational opportunities.   Jeff states that not only does opportunity need to be provided, but resources, motivation, and support as well.   She is dedicated to A+ Academic Resources' goal of equipping children with academic resources for their growth, development, and educational success.  Jeff and her husband, Johnnie who is an Air Force Veteran are retired.  They spend their time and resources improving the lives of children and traveling across the United States on scenic adventures.
