She provided invaluable service and creativity to  A+ Academic Resources during its stand-up phase, and she continues to offer insights and service that contribute to organizational growth and advancement.   A former Behavioral Scientist and Test Psychologist in the United States Air Force (USAF),  Janine inspired her peers and students to aspire for academic excellence.   It is worth noting that Janine was recognized as “best of the best” instructor in the Air Education and Training Command for her ability to grasp the attention of students and maintain complete control of the classroom.


She knows how to transform challenges into opportunities that result in successful outcomes and mission success.   For example, as an Acquisition Program Manager, Janine often worked with minimum manning and limited resources to deliver high impact programs for the Air Force Research Laboratory.   Unintimidated by challenges and hard work, she seamlessly delivered all program deliverables on time and on target.   As a course instructor for 1500+ students in the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine, Janine coordinated aptitude tests and managed a $143K program to match skills of new soldiers which reduced attrition cost by 50%.   Performance measurement is one of her specialties.


Janine has a strong and diverse educational background that is well-aligned with her skills, knowledge and abilities.   She has worked in organizations that specialize in education, research, analysis, performance measurement, process improvement and innovation.   She is a seasoned researcher and astute analyst who is highly skilled at analyzing volumes of data to report program results.   Janine’s unrelenting “can do” attitude enables her to skillfully transform knowledge into academic excellence.
